Danielle and Donato of Mantis Tree Care provided exceptional service from start to finish. Although my project was relatively small and located close to the house, they approached it with the same professionalism and attentiveness one would expect for a much larger job. Their responsiveness was noteworthy—they delivered an estimate promptly and arrived on schedule on the day of the work.
Donato executed the tree removal with precision and care, demonstrating clear expertise in managing cuts safely and efficiently. Danielle ensured that all debris was neatly moved to the street, maintaining an organized and unobtrusive work environment. Throughout the process, both were friendly, communicative, and highly accommodating, particularly regarding my preferences for the size and placement of the cuts.
Their attention to detail and commitment to protecting the surrounding property were evident at every step. It is rare to find a team that combines technical skill with such genuine customer service. I would not hesitate to hire them again should the need arise. For anyone seeking prompt, reliable, and conscientious tree care, Mantis Tree Care is an excellent choice.
